WHAT IS A NET PROMOTER SCORE?

Our Net Promoter Score is a measure of how likely clients are to recommend us.
 


HOW IS AN NPS SCORE CALCULATED?

A Net Promoter Score survey asks clients to rate their experience on a scale of 1 to 10 and provide feedback on services provided. 
  • 1-6 is considered a low score, these clients are grouped as 'Detractors'
  • 7-8 is considered neutral or 'Passive'
  • 9-10 is considered a positive score and these are grouped as 'Promoters' 
NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters, yielding a score that can range from -100 to +100.

WHY DOES IT MATTER?

We care about providing excellent service to our clients and the Net Promoter Score helps to tell us how we are doing. As well as providing a numerical rating, clients can also provide feedback on services they receive. This feedback allows us to develop and improve services to achieve excellence in all that we do.
