Company Overview

BT Group plc is a telecommunications and network provider. The Company provides fixed and mobile telecommunications and related secure digital products, solutions and services. It also provides managed telecommunications, security and network and information technology (IT) infrastructure services to customers across approximately 180 countries. It consists of three customer-facing units: Consumer, Business and Openreach. Consumer units serve individuals and families in the United Kingdom. Business units cover companies and public services in the United Kingdom and internationally. Openreach unit is an independently governed, wholly owned subsidiary wholesaling fixed access infrastructure services to its customers approximately 650 communication providers across the United Kingdom.
