Director dealings: Restore CFO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Restore revealed on Thursday that chief financial officer Dan Baker had acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed information management firm. Baker, who joined Restore in November 2023, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 256.0p, with a total value of £64,000.

Following the transaction, Baker holds a beneficial interest in a total of 100,000 ordinary Restore shares.

As of 1620 BST, Restore shares were down 0.97% at 255.50p.
