LondonMetric adds £8.5m rent in year to date
(Sharecast News) - LondonMetric Property said it had settled a number of deals that have added £8.5m in annual rent in the financial year to date.
The company on Monday said it had settled 139 rent reviews since the end of March, with hikes delivering £5.7m of extra rent.
It also signed 27 lettings over the same period, adding an extra £2.8m.
