Director dealings: Assetco director raises stake via Harwood interest

(Sharecast News) - Assetco revealed on Friday that director Christopher Mills had purchased 2.65m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed wealth management firm. Mills, who acquired the shares via his interest in Harwood Capital, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 35.0p each, for a total value of £927,499.98.

Following the transaction, Mills holds a beneficial interest in 26.18m ordinary Assetco shares, representing approximately 18.38% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1625 BST, Assetco shares were up 3.14% at 36.10p.
