U.S. non-farm payroll growth slows to just 175,000 in April
(Sharecast News) - Hiring in the U.S. slowed by considerably more than expected in April.
According to the Department of Labor, in seasonally adjusted terms, non-farm payrolls increased by 175,000 last month.
Economists had penciled-in an increase of 243,000.
