TUI to put London delisting to shareholder vote at AGM

(Sharecast News) - Travel giant TUI announced its intention to begin the process of delisting from the London Stock Exchange on Thursday. The Anglo-German company's announcement came in response to considerations about appropriate long-term listing arrangements, as well as additional shareholder feedback.

It said the resolution was scheduled for discussion and a vote at the company's annual general meeting, set to take place on 13 February.

If approved, the UK delisting was expected to occur on 24 June.
