US non-farm payrolls surge in September
(Sharecast News) - Hiring in the U.S. sprang back in September, easily outpacing all forecasts.
According to the Department of Labor, non-farm payrolls surged by 336,000 last month.
Economists had penciled in a gain of 170,000.
